Bryan Calkins
Founder and Chief Executive Officer

Bryan Calkins brings over 20 years of management experience to the company from leadership roles in both consumer and technology companies. His previous experiences in ecommerce and traditional retail, enterprise software and services, and applied technology stem from management positions at eToys.com, Urban Outfitters, Williams-Sonoma's Pottery Barn division, Electronic Data Systems, and General Motors. On the consumer side, he has built specialty brands by consistently providing highly targeted products and overall consumer experiences. On the technical side, he has managed software development teams directly, provided product management leadership to drive company strategy, served as a business liaison to Research divisions, and held key account management positions at enterprise software companies serving Fortune 500 companies.

Mr. Calkins holds a B.S. degree in Engineering from Michigan Technological University and an M.B.A. from Stanford University.

Lenny Kontsevich
Founder and Chief Science Officer

Dr. Leonid Kontsevich has nearly 25 years of experience as a Research Scientist studying cognitive psychology, human and computer vision, and Artificial Intelligence. Specific areas of formal research include the development of computer algorithms to imitate learning behaviors; the psychophysical study of visual search, attention, and visual memory; the computer modeling of human visual mechanisms; and the reconstructing of three-dimensional information from studying multiple views.

Dr. Kontsevich holds a Masters degree in computer science and applied mathematics, and a doctorate in physics and mathematics from the Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology. He has authored or co-authored over 50 scientific papers.

Jordan has proven himself as an online marketing expert, specializing in organic search. He also has a tremendous breadth of experience in online marketing, paid search engine optimization, and Internet marketing research. He has managed Search Engine Optimization for over 300 clients.

Dr. Vladimir Vildavski
VP Engineering

Dr. Vildavski has over 30 years experience in systems engineering and software development, and has lead several teams in developing scientific computing systems. He has played a leading role in the deployment of award-winning commercial applications, and enjoys User Interface design as well.
