PIERRE BARBEAU
CEO of Moblico
Mr. Barbeau has become a recognized thought leader for the mobile industry. His roadmap to this intellectual intersection is marked by his vision in pioneering integrated direct marketing services, driving the first camera phone to market in the U.S., contributing to associations such as PMA and I3A in numerous leadership roles, and serving on advisory boards for industry intellectual partners and technology contributers, including several of the industry’s most innovative companies. Over the past 14 years, he has served as General Manager for Sprint Picture Mail and as Vice President of Sales and Development at STI. As an industry leader and a co-founder of Moblico, he is frequently asked to speak at industry events and is often featured in the national media and publications.
JOHN MARCOM
Former SVP of Yahoo!
John Marcom, former Senior Vice President of Yahoo!'s International Operations, brings extensive publishing, search, and advertising expertise to the company. At Yahoo!, he managed efforts to deepen and extend the company’s leading positions in search, search and display advertising, and content areas, overseeing an organization of about 3,000 people in two dozen markets, generating 2006 revenues of more than $2 billion. Previously, he was President of the Americas for the Financial Times unit of Pearson PLC, and Chief Revenue Officer for Atom Entertainment Inc. (acquired by Viacom in 2006). Mr. Marcom began his business career as a reporter for the Asian edition of The Wall Street Journal, and he joined Time Warner in 1993. At Time Warner, he was managing the company’s international magazine business by 1999, and became responsible for the advertising sales and consumer marketing of a collection of leading magazines that included Time and Fortune.
DOUG ROWAN

Mr. Rowan is a former CEO of Corbis Images, and brings many years of stock photography industry experience to the company. He is currently CEO of ZoomAlbum, a company dedicated to deploying innovative technology to make photo printing and sharing easier for the typical consumer. He has also been President and/or CEO of several digital photography and digital content management companies: Image Solutions Corporation, Impli Inc., and AXS Optical Technology Resources. Mr. Rowan holds a BEE and an MBA from Cornell University.
LAWRENCE LEE
Former Microsoft Executive
Lawrence Lee plays a valuable advisory role to the company, bringing extensive management experience in product development, program management, corporate development, business development, and OEM licensing from Microsoft and other leading technology companies. His domain knowledge includes wireless technology, mobile device platforms and application deployment, scientific computing application development, and business development for international markets. He is an inventor who has authored several technology patents and has also written several articles and a book on technology.
JIM LAWRENCE
Founder of Clarity Software
Jim Lawrence brings valuable start up and financial advisory skills to the company, as a former CFO at AdForce.com and Founder & CFO of Clarity Software. Most recently, Jim managed Finance and Administration at Total Beauty Media in Beverly Hills. He also ran his own consulting firm Hill & Lawrence LLC for five years, which specialized in business and financial modelling, strategy, and Sarbanes Oxley compliance for emerging growth companies. Early in his career, he worked in Finance at Silicon Graphics, and was the Controller for the Sales and Marketing Group for Intel.
